An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Operations Department at our Brentwood office.  The successful candidate will need to be a customer focused individual who has exceptional organizational skills and will seek to deliver a high level of customer service at all times.

We are currently looking for up to four additional Trustees with experience in one of the following areas to further strengthen our Board and ensure we continue to focus on developing our research offer for clients and respond to emerging opportunities to deliver research that continues to have impact in today's society: 

• A commercial sector professional with an understanding of the role social research plays in informing social policy within an increasingly commercialised market for the delivery of public services.
• An experienced research practitioner with a love of the research craft and how it is changing.
• An experienced information systems professional or senior customer for information systems, with an understanding of the organisational challenges of implementing new technology systems.
• An experienced marketing/communications professional who can bring experience of communicating to a wide range of audiences with impact.

Our large team of freelance face-to-face interviewers conducts structured interviews with members of the public and others. Extensive training is given.

We have around 80 telephone interviewers that are based in Brentwood, Essex.
