NatCen Social Research is Britain's leading independent social
research institute. We believe that social research has the
power to make life better. By really understanding the complexity
of people's lives and what they think about the issues that affect
them, we give the public a powerful and influential role in shaping
decisions and services that can make a difference to everyone. Our
research covers all areas of social policy, and our findings have
direct and practical policy relevance. We bring to life what is
really going on in Britain today for decision makers and
others.
We are always on the look out for experienced talented individuals
to work with us on specific projects as Freelance Research
Consultants. We're interested in people who can help us to
deliver high quality social research for our diverse range of
clients. You should offer skills and experience in
qualitative or quantitative research (or both) and have a proven
track record of delivering high quality work to tight
deadlines. We're especially interested in working with
subject or policy experts in our broad range of social policy areas
- income and work, children and young people, crime and justice,
health and well being and society and social change. For the right
people we can offer interesting and challenging work right across
the research process - business development, design, fieldwork,
management, analysis, reporting and impact.

you can offer us.
