Anna Terje joined ScotCen in February 2017 and has since primarily worked on the Scottish Social Attitudes survey and the Scottish Health survey.
Prior to this, she worked as a research associate for What Works Scotland where she examined how data and evidence can be made more meaningful to community planning partnerships and communities in the context of public service reform.
Anna has also completed an internship as a member of the Health and Social Care analyst team at the Scottish Government where she worked on creating accessible visualisations of metal health and social care data.
Anna holds a doctorate in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Glasgow.
She has extensive experience in qualitative research methodology, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, participant observation, policy analysis and ethnographic methodology.
