Hayley Lepps

Hayley Lepps

Researcher

Health

Hayley Lepps is a Researcher in the Health team. She re-joined NatCen in November 2014 after previously doing her Placement Year with us in the Questionnaire Development and Testing (QDT) Hub.

Hayley is a mixed methods researcher and has experience in conducting research using in-depth interviews, focus groups, and developing and testing survey questions through cognitive interviews.

During the Placement Year Hayley worked on a number of varied projects, such as an investigation of BME satisfaction with social care services, as well as usability testing of online survey questions using eye-tracking technology.

Hayley is a Sociology graduate from the University of Surrey. During the final year of her degree she focused on the relevance of ethics frameworks for online research to young adults; an extension of the work she did with the Graduate Trainees at NatCen which explored people’s views of research using social media.
