Last December, in the lead up to the publication of our annual British Social Attitudes survey, we had our usual pre-publication tussles about what to highlight from the study - given the huge range of insight it provides on how British society is changing. But one thing in particular hit us between the eyes, and we commented extensively on it: record levels of satisfaction with the NHS. Here our Chief Executive, Penny Young contextualises the findings.
