Field Pay Assistant
Salary: £19k – £23k pro rata (Depending on skills & experience)

We are recruiting a Field Pay Assistant to join our Field Pay team on a part time basis (21 hours).
The role will involve assisting in the smooth running of Freelancer Pay and Field Travel Desk bookings within the Field Pay Unit. Ensuring that all aspects of freelance pay are processed to net pay accurately and within deadline and Field Travel desk bookings are made according to company policy whilst meeting required quality standards.
The individual will be dealing with queries related to pay on a daily basis along with various administrative tasks. Accuracy and attention to detail are key to this role. It also involves maintaining and updating our in-house pay system and databases, and includes booking of travel and accommodation for the field.
In addition to the above the ideal candidate will contribute and assist where appropriate to any updates to documentation and procedures/policies relating to pay and actively analyse and take appropriate action to anomalies identified with pay claims including expenses.
