One of NatCen Learning's key strengths is that we can draw on a large pool of senior active research staff for our training activities. Together they reflect the vast range of substantive and methodological expertise in applied social policy research that NatCen holds. Trainers are allocated to individual events according to their research and training experience, substantive knowledge and their capacity.
Each event is designed and delivered by a team of trainers led by a senior member, or ex-member of staff (Research Director or higher) who has extensive substantive, methodological and training experience and is able to ensure quality. Trainers meet on a regular basis to share learning from events and continually develop their approaches to training delivery. All courses are quality assured by the Director and comprehensively evaluated.
