Until Summer 2007, local authorities can access free support provided by NatCen on behalf of DfT. To access support, you simply need to complete the form you can download by clicking below, and email it to the NatCen LTS Support Team.

The form collects basic information about where you are up to in terms of planning your survey, what you want to achieve by conducting a survey, and the sort of help you are looking for.

To help meet demand, much of the support you will receive will be e-mail based but telephone and face-to-face meetings can be booked. Face-to-face meetings away from NatCen’s London offices will incur travel and subsistence charges, to be paid by your local authority.
