Helen is a Researcher in the Crime & Justice team.   Helen's role is to conduct qualitative research into a range of criminal justice areas. She is currently involved in a number of evaluations into drug treatment both in custody and the community. Helen previously contributed to research evaluating a policy aimed at addressing the employability of offenders through end to end education, training and employment initiatives. She has also been involved in the development of the FrameWork software and is one of a team of researchers who deliver this training.  Prior to joining NatCen she did her undergraduate study at Cardiff University (Sociology and Social Policy joint honours degree) and then received a masters in Social Policy Research from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
