Margaret jointly heads up the Questionnaire Development and Testing Hub in the Survey Methods Unit. This Unit uses qualitative methods, cognitive testing and desk research, working with researchers throughout NatCen. The Unit is also working on a project to review NatCen practice and literature in order to provide guidelines on good questionnaire design which is essential if surveys are to produce high quality data. Margaret enjoys working on this important stage of the survey process and getting involved in a wide variety of studies on diverse topics.
