Rachel has been the Research Director of the Health Survey for England since 2005. She oversees the sample and survey design as well as day-to-day project management. She also co-edits the survey's annual report with collaborators at UCL. Rachel works closely with clients at the NHS Information Centre and Department of Health to make sure NatCen covers key areas of health policy, as well as providing long term trends of important health indicators. She also liaises with many people who use the survey data for further analyses.
