Susan is a Researcher at ScotCen. She joined the organisation in May 2008 having previously worked as a Research Assistant at the Quality in Education Centre at the University of Strathclyde. Within ScotCen she has worked on a broad range of projects including those in the areas of Health, Mental Health, Transport, Equality and Addictions. Susan uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods in a variety of studies. This usually includes conducting interviews (in-depth or semi-structured), focus groups, and small scale surveys. She currently delivers training on behalf of NatCen Learning on the Introduction to FrameWork software course.
