People aged between 70 and 84 are significantly more likely to own a pass than those aged 60-70

Gender
Women are more likely to own a pass

Income
There is some evidence to suggest that those earning over £30,000 a year are less likely to own a pass

Home ownership
Those who own their home are less likely to own a pass than those who don't

Frequency of local bus service
Having a bus service that runs every 30 minutes or more frequently significantly increases chances of owning a pass

Car ownership
Those without access to private transport are more likely to own a pass
