What will happen to my data?
We will treat information you give in strictest confidence under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The results collected are used for research purposes only.
With your permission, the discussion will be recorded. The recording and full written version of the group discussion will be stored securely and only the research team at NatCen will have access.
What is the lawful basis for processing my data?
The lawful basis for processing your data is ‘public task’. NatCen needs to process the data to perform ‘a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller’ (i.e. MHCLG).
What are my rights?
Participation in the research is voluntary and you have the right to withdraw at any stage. We hope that you will choose to take part.
