We have sent out an information sheet and email to the main representative at each local authority; this is usually a revenue and benefits manager.
If your local authority is shortlisted, one of our researchers will contact you and invite you to participate in a 30-minute telephone interview.
With your permission, the interview will be recorded. The interview will give you the opportunity to discuss the criteria that claimants must meet to be awarded DHP, as well as the way funding is managed at your local authority and your perspectives on opportunities for improvement.
Taking part in the research is completely voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any time during the interview. Choosing not to take part will not disadvantage you in any way.
