Around 50,000 pregnant women and new mothers have been invited to take part in this study. By taking part you will help the Scottish Government and the NHS find ways to better support new parents, and keep mums and babies healthy.

National Records of Scotland has selected your address from maternity and birth registrations.
Your answers will remain entirely confidential, and will be used to create a report for healthcare professionals to use to find ways to provide better support for parents.
