Research  published today, allows us to compare the English and Welsh models of the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) for the first time. The PSED is a duty on public bodies to eliminate unlawful discrimination, promote equality of opportunity and foster good relations between social groups. Exactly how public bodies should go about this differs in England, Wales and Scotland.
