If you receive Employment and Support Allowance or Universal Credit because you aren’t able to work, we would like to hear your thoughts on the help and support you’ve been offered through the Jobcentre Plus - whether or not you access any support at the moment, or have before.
You have been selected because we understand that you claim either Employment and Support Allowance or Universal Credit, and have either been offered employment-related support or recently taken part in employment-related support in your local area.
How your participation will make a difference
This study will provide feedback to the Department for Work and Pensions about how the employment-related support is working. This is your chance to confidentially and anonymously share your thoughts and experiences with the government and help to shape the future of employment-related support for ESA and UC claimants.
Once you've received a letter from us, you will get a telephone call in the next few weeks and be invited to take part in an interview.
